This is my short and sweet wish for you this Christmas Eve:
May whatever tonight and tomorrow bring for you, may you find what you need - whether that be joy, connection, comfort, quiet, festivity, or solace. It may not be wonderful, or it may. It may not be joyful, or it may.
May the holiday you experience be a blessing, whether it is your holy day or just another day.
May you know, however quiet or frenetic your holiday, that you are loved and worthy and holy.
Next week, I’ll do my annual book recap (it isn’t pretty), and then I’ll be off for two weeks as I complete the final two classes for my doctoral program. Then we’re back to weekly posts to keep you warm.
